Professional Experience: 
Ms. Beste represents individuals, corporate fiduciaries, and beneficiaries in estate planning and estate administration matters, as well as individuals and corporate fiduciaries in the areas of estate planning involving estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes, wealth transfer, and tax law. Ms. Beste also advises on Delaware trust law, including directed trusts, dynasty trusts, non-judicial settlements, mergers, decantings, and all aspects of the validity, construction, and administration of Delaware trusts.
 
Ms. Beste served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard R. Cooch and The Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr., both of New Castle County Superior Court. Following her Superior Court clerkships, Ms. Beste gained experience in estate planning, estate administration, and trusts matters with the law firms of Street & Ellis, P.A. and Gordon Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A., where she represented a large variety of estate planning and estate administration clients, including individuals, banks, and trust companies.  Immediately prior to joining the Trust, Estates & Tax Department of Cooch and Taylor, P.A., Ms. Beste was an Executive Director with J.P. Morgan Trust Company of Delaware, where she administered hundreds of Delaware trusts.
