
Mr. Ralli focuses his practice primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and Delaware’s Supreme Court. His practice includes litigating stockholder class actions and derivative suits involving mergers and acquisitions and other transactions involving issues of corporate governance, officer and director fiduciary obligations, officer and director indemnity, and the resolution of limited partnership and limited liability company disputes.
Before joining Cooch and Taylor, Mr. Ralli gained extensive bankruptcy experience representing various creditors through all phases of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 proceedings. At Delaware Law School, Mr. Ralli was an Articles Editor on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and received the Superior Editor Award.
