Mr. Reese joined Cooch and Taylor in 1981 as an attorney in the Litigation Department.  Since 1983 Mr. Reese has represented numerous companies which are defendents in asbestos litigation in Delaware.  In adddition Mr. Reese has defended companies against other product liability claims that have been brought for a wide variety of products.

Representative clients include Caterpillar Inc., Merck, Sharp & Dohme Corp. Schlumberger, Cooper Industries, Inc., Philips Electronics North America, Inc., Revlon, Inc., Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Nissan Forklift Corporation North America n/k/a Unicarriers Americas Corporation, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., Chewy, Inc., Match, Inc., Apple, Inc., Toyota Motor Corporation, and Pep Boys.
