Driving Directions From Points South of Wilmington

Take Interstate 95 North to Wilmington Exit 7 marked "Route 52, Delaware Avenue." From the right lane, take Exit 7 onto Adams Street. At the third traffic light on Adams Street, turn right onto 11th Street (52 South, Business District). At the Delaware Avenue intersection, stay left to continue on 11th Street. You will see the Nemours Building on your right. COOCH AND TAYLOR is located on the 11th floor of The Nemours Building in suite 1120.

Directions From Points North of Wilmington

Take Interstate 95 South to Wilmington Exit 7a marked "Route 52, Delaware Avenue." From the right lane, proceed onto 11th Street (52 South, Business District). At the Delaware Avenue intersection, stay left to continue on 11th Street. You will see the Nemours Building on the right. COOCH AND TAYLOR is located on the 11th floor of The Nemours Building in suite 1120.


 

 

Parking

Validated client parking is located directly across the street from the Brandywine Building at the City Center Parking Garage between 11th and 12th Streets. COOCHAND TAYLOR has 5 reserved parking spaces (marked "COOCH AND TAYLOR") on the second level located immediately to the left of the doors leading to the elevator lobby.  Clients should enter the parking garage from 11th Street. The entrance is to the left just past the intersection of West Street. If the "Lot is Full" sign is posted, clients still may park in the garage by pushing the intercom button and informing the garage attendant that they are visitors of COOCH AND TAYLOR.

To get to the Nemours Building from the parking garage, clients should take the elevator or the stairs to the street level, cross 11th Street and enter from the "square" between the Brandywine Building and the Nemours Building.  Upon reaching the security desk in the Nemours Building, clients will be asked to sign a log and show personal identification before being permitted to pass through the security gates in the lobby and take an elevator to the 11th floor and follow signs to suite 1120. 

Once inside the COOCH AND TAYLOR offices, clients will be given a Parking Voucher. Upon exiting the parking garage, clients should surrender the parking ticket along with the voucher.
